If the mail app does not open, copy the email address and use it in your preferred mail app.

Before contacting

• For tuner issues, make sure microphone permission is enabled in iOS Settings.
• For score import issues, check that the file is PDF, JPEG, or PNG.
• Audio is processed on device and is not stored by Guitar+.

문의 전 확인

• 조율기가 동작하지 않으면 iOS 설정에서 마이크 권한이 허용되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
• 악보 가져오기는 PDF, JPEG, PNG 파일을 지원합니다.
• Guitar+는 오디오를 기기 내에서만 처리하며 저장하지 않습니다.
